How to Thrive in a Medical Office Environment
Tuesday, February 19th, 2008Andrea Santiago, About.com’s guide to health careers, had published an article about an interesting interview with the hiring manager of a busy pediatrics office. When interviewing job applicants, the hiring manager usually asks about the previous work experience and how difficult medical situations were handled in the past. He looks for people who are focus, efficient and can talk to patients and make them feel comfortable all the time.
I believe the most important information that he shared was his advice for people who wish to work in a medical office and that is to “be always on time and honest, do your best and the rest will fall into place.” So there.
