Call it what you may, a hospital is a business that has to deal with a lot of publicity and marketing hence they risk losing to competition out in the market. Marketing and ad campaigns give them the ability to maintain relevance as their competitors evolve, new and improved equipment is another point of interest, the ones with the most modern ones tend to get more customers because of the higher level of care they can accord their customers.
