Keeping the passion alive

It easy to get bogged down in a medical job. The stress the weight the responsibilities – it can all just build up over time and leave you tired and worn out. Try to ignite your passion by finding new things to do that will positively affect your job. If you’ve established a routine over time, try to change it in favor of a more flexible, enjoyable, or efficient one. Try to think of creative ways to spice up your day, and don’t forget to catch some rest in between everything. Try to talk to the people you work with and establish good relationships with them even outside of the workplace. You can also talk to patients and know their stories – making these people more than just cases on charts might inspire you to do the best for them.
