Try to ignite your passion by finding new things to do that will positively affect your job. If you’ve established a routine over time, try to change it in favor of a more flexible, enjoyable, or efficient one. Try to think of creative ways to spice up your day, and don’t forget to catch some rest in between everything. Try to talk to the people you work with and establish good relationships with them even outside of the workplace. You can also talk to patients and know their stories - making these people more than just cases on charts might inspire you to do the best for them.

Developing countries almost ran out of doctors as they flocked to go to nursing school for higher pay abroad. That seemed to be a good idea, well, till the recession took hold and circled the globe sending the thousands nurses and doctors back home left back at square one. This is a common occurrence when a bubble is formed and people take it too seriously as with the case of these doctors, they had no choice but to return home back to practices they left wasting money in transportation and other expenses.
The bubble burst when the global economy almost ground to a halt with most job markets freezing all hiring. there are still jobs but quite hard to come by and the demand for migrant workers diminished with businesses reserving jobs for citizens who also lost jobs. These professionals at least had established careers, they only have to re-kindle their past and re-adjust to life as it really is.

The next most important thing to have is the power to communicate with simple language. this can be quite a challenge as these equipments usually pertain to deep medical terms. And a simple patient can not and will not necessarily need to know these terms.

Medical Assistants? Physician Assistants?
The duties of medical assistants may differ from office to office. It greatly depends on the location and size of the practitioner’s specialty. In small practices, medical assistants usually perform different kinds of tasks, usually taking on both administrative and clinical duties, and often includes reporting directly to a physician or other health practitioner. Those in large practices tend to specialize in a particular area, under the supervision of department administrators. Medical assistants perform administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of physicians and other health practitioners running smoothly. They are far different from and should not be confused with Physician assistants. They on the other hand examine, diagnose, and treat patients under the direct supervision of a physician. The duties of medical assistants vary according to what is allowed by the State law. Some tasks include taking medical histories and recording vital signs and procedures to patients. They assist physicians during examinations. Medical assistants collect and prepare laboratory specimens and sometimes perform basic laboratory tests.
